FAQ
what is the turnaround time for photos?
Typically galleries will be delivered 2-3 weeks after a session. In some cases galleries may be delivered earlier.
HOW MANY RETOUCHED IMAGES WILL I RECEIVE?
Each gallery will include a minimum of 30 retouched images.
Do you offer CUSTOM PACKAGES?
Absolutely I want to be able to work with my clients to meet their exact needs. If you'd like to customize one of my packages please specify in our communication.
Do you offer mini sessions?
Yes, my mini sessions will be 30-minutes long and will include 15-20 retouched images in your gallery.
Cancellation policy
Please note that I do not accept cancellations for photography sessions. Once a session is booked and the deposit is received, that time is reserved exclusively for you and is no longer available to other clients. Because of this, all deposits are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
However, I do understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, you may reschedule your session one time within a six-month period from the original booking date. The initial deposit will not be refunded but will be applied to your rescheduled session. Failure to reschedule within the allowed timeframe will result in a forfeiture of the deposit without the option to reschedule.
